We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you. Please review the details below regarding Telofill return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all skin, body and hair products cannot be returned once they are received. Returns & exchanges are only valid if:
1. You have received a wrong item
2. You have received a damaged or defected item
To issue a return or exchange request, please email us at telofillsupport@spirepharma.com with your:
1. Order Number
2. Name
3. Phone Number
4. Details of the return or exchange request
5. A clear photo of the item received
Alternatively, you can contact us directly through direct messages on our Facebook or Instagram page.
In the case of defective items, wrong orders, or items damaged during delivery by the courier, Telofill will cover all shipping and handling charges for the exchange.
If eligible for an exchange then another package will be delivered to you from 4 – 6 working days, you are required to give the wrong/defected package to the courier.
If eligible for a return, it will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or to any online payment gateway (Online Wallet or Bank Account) in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD). Refunds are credited back within 5 – 10 days.
In case you want to cancel your order, please note that you have a 24-hour period to contact us to cancel it for you. You can request this through direct messages on our Facebook or Instagram page or email us at telofillsupport@spirepharma.com
